Branch Manager


How would you like to be part of a dynamic management team that has supported the local community for over 99 years? At Coatesville Savings Bank, we offer a full array of financial products and services. As a Branch Manager, you will ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with every interaction. Primary responsibilities will be to drive business growth through service, manage and develop a high performing team, assist tellers in achieving their developmental goals and career aspirations, partner with the Assistant Branch Manager to promote mentoring, and coach staff to achieve success. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily operations and keeping the branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. We at Coatesville Savings Bank are about building and sustaining long term relationships with existing and new clients. You will have an opportunity to create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding personalized service in order to understand their most important financial needs.
