The Coatesville Savings Bank has available at the borrower’s request, copies of the loan underwriting policy to which the Savings Bank adheres.

The Savings Bank will consider applications for 10-year, 15-year and 30-year conventional mortgage loans on owner-occupied, residential properties in Chester, Lancaster and adjacent counties in Pennsylvania. The Bank’s lending limit equals $2,057,404.00 to one borrower. Non-owner occupied properties will be considered. Please call for further information.

Appraisal Fees:	$400.00 - Refinance and Purchase
	$400.00- Construction with no draws + $90.00 Final Inspection

First Time Buyers:	¼ % rate reduction;30-year conventional term with automatic payment from a CSB checking account.

HOME EQUITY LOANS:

The Savings Bank will consider Home Equity Loans on single-family residential properties. The maximum limit is $100,000. Applications for greater amounts are subject to Board approval and a rate premium.

HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT-PRIME-ARM

Maximum amount borrowed - $100,000 (Applications for greater amounts are subject to Board approval and a rate premium)
Customer will need to cover cost of checks for advances on line of credit
Checks are available at the customers cost
Variable interest rate based on prime rate with a floor of 5.00%
Re-adjusts every month end - Current APR - 5.00% - Maximum APR that may be imposed is 18%

SECURED SHARE LOANS:

Can borrow up to 90% of the base amount of a certificate of deposit held with the bank
